London Account Manager – English Sparkling Wine Company

£31,000 + bonus


My client is an award winning sparkling wine company and currently the market leader within the category. A true luxury brand.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an exceptional London Account Manager, who will report to the Head of sales and be responsible for managing existing accounts, raising brand awareness and increasing listings in the London On-Trade.

The Role -

  • Lead the sales, development and Luxury brand positioning in London
  • Driving new listings both by the glass and by the bottle
  • Personally handling the most important customers, including Flagship accounts, Groups etc.
  • Ensuring correct listing status and menu presence in London accounts
  • Liaising with all relevant Wholesale counterparts from key partners
  • Implementing staff incentives and monitoring/analysing results
  • Overall responsibility for managing & developing the London On-Trade channel
  • Maintain accurate database
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams with events and trainings

You -

  • An affinity with luxury brands and their positioning
  • IT literate – Microsoft / Apple / CRM systems
  • WSET – level 2 or above
  • Account management background
  • Wine trade experience
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Commercial expertise
  • Entrepreneurial flair
  • Analytical and numerate
  • Organisational Ability
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Computer literate
