Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve the annual sales quota as defined by the sales director
  • Provide oral / written updates to the Sales Director as and when required
  • Manage quarterly sales achievements against the annual quota
  • Develop sales opportunities in defined sector as agreed with the sales director
  • Present to prospective customers about Tagetik's value proposition, using the wider Verint team as appropriate.
  • Develop knowledge of the defined sector so that they become the expert in that field
  • Manage accounts (won through new business sales) so that they can be expanded in the future
  • Build, maintain and nourish key relationships with customers
  • Act as trusted advisor to the customer
  • Work with all aspects of the organisation to build pipeline, manage opportunities and win business
  • Work with Marketing and inside sales to ensure opportunities are managed effectively
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry event
