Internal Communications Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to join the communications and content team of a globally leading and pioneering management consultancy based in London. At the forefront of innovation and consulting across both the private and public sector, this role will be at the heart of delivering engaging content and innovative engagement across a global audience, working with the CEO on board level leadership communications and strategy, alongside the head of content and firm-wide CMO on creating innovative ways to deliver run of the mill corporate communications.
As the firm’s innovator for messaging and content, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering new and exciting ways to engage with a global audience. As such, knowledge of new media tools such as podcasts, video and social media to deliver communications would be beneficial. An exciting factor however is that the current internal comms strategy is relatively green, and there is very much scope for this individual to shape and define the strategymoving forward.
As an experienced internal comms professional; natural relationship builder; strong writer and all-round communicator, you’ll be looking for an opportunity to change the way that internal comms is viewed, and have the full backing to try new creative ideas and push boundaries where possible. Stakeholder management is at the heart of this role, and successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of working at a very high level.
It’s likely that the successful candidate will have experience of working in a corporate and in-house setting, however we’re open to speaking to a range of candidates that have a track record in innovation and content, and are passionate about creative communications. Most importantly, as there is a strong copy focus to this role, experience of delivering large scale content projects is key. Overall, this is a great chance to develop and internal comms programme from the ground up, defining strategy from the very start.
