Salary: c£25k + Car Allowance + Uncapped Bonus Scheme (Current Account Managers are earning c£45k-£55k)
Our client is a national reseller of leading Business Communication solutions and they provide managed services, specialising in broadband and data network products, whilst supporting other telecoms products such as telephone lines, hosted telephony and PBXs. They were work alongside all the leading vendors and are very well regarded in the industry.
Due to unprecedented growth and ambitious expansion plans, they now seek to add to their busy sales team and seek a dynamic account manager to help drive their current portfolio.
As an Account Manager, you will inherit an established client base covering the South West of England and will be tasked with managing over 200 existing accounts. The Account Manager will develop a thorough understanding of the Client’s business and the industry, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, developing creative solutions and providing an exemplary level of customer service.
To establish, maintain and develop current and potential client relationships.
To present and sell the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients whilst ensuring appropriate profit margins.
To prepare presentations, proposals and quotations.
To respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, new leads and referrals.
Identify problems impacting on customer satisfaction and to implement a prompt and effective resolution through the management of all necessary resource.
To manage allocated account base. Quickly and efficiently responding to client queries and concerns, whilst working closely with other team members to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
Maintain up to date and accurate customer and lead information on CRM and relevant systems.
Educated to Graduate Level (Ideally)
Evidence of achieving targets in a sales role.
Experience in the telecoms industry is essential.
Strong contract management, interpretation and negotiation skills.
Well-organized, first class communication and presentation skills.
Problem solving / continual improvement mentality.
Proven ability to establish, develop and nurture relationships and a willingness to socialise with the Client both during and outside of office hours.
Uncapped performance based bonus on achievement of key objectives OTE £55K, Company car/car allowance, expenses paid for, smart phone, lap-top and more.
