Senior E-Commerce CRO Analyst / Senior CRO Analyst/ Senior Conversions Analyst

The CRO Analyst Team

The CRO team are one of my client's newest marketing teams formed in early 2016. They own the look and feel of all our websites and are constantly improving and refining them to ensure the sites make the most amount of profit from each visitor. This role will see you join a brand new venture in a highly successful, fast growing tech company. The Role & Responsibilities of Senior CRO Analyst

In this role you'll be joining a startup within MVF. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity.

You'll be responsible for the CRO function that will drive growth and profitability of this start-up:


  1. Defining our eCommerce CRO strategy - for both organic and paid traffic

  2. Developing and improving our user engagement model and conversion funnel

  3. Gathering and analysing data, undertaking research in order to formulate sound testing hypotheses

  4. Preparing mockups for in-house developers and designs to work from

  5. Working closely with our in-house developers and designers to prepare for tests

  6. Conducting and reporting on AB tests

  7. Ensuring tracking and reporting enables data driven decisions

  8. Improving processes that enable better performance (tracking, reporting, sharing of results)

  9. Developing and automating processes to help scale

Qualifications of Senior CRO Analyst:

  • 2+ years of conversion rate optimization experience (agency experience a bonus)

  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization best practices

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, taking end-to-end ownership

  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing concepts & an understanding of usability and UX

  • Advanced understanding of web analytics such as Google Analytics

  • Ability to code in HTML, CSS & JavaScript a massive bonus
