The Vartry Road team provides an accommodation based support service to clients with complex needs. They provide a therapeutic environment that considers the client's strengths, aspirations and interests and put these at the centre of their recovery. In line with our client's recovery approach, the service encourages clients to engage with the support services at each step of their journey. The service provides 24/7 accommodation and support with staff working on a rota basis including evenings and weekends as well as bank holidays. There are no sleepovers.

They're looking to recruit an enthusiastic Complex Needs Worker with demonstrable experience of working with people with substance misuse and / or mental health problems and knowledge of the problems that confront homeless people with complex needs. As the post-holder, you will be working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of support staff and external partners and will be working mostly with those residents with higher support needs. You will promote good partnership work with external services and contribute to the development of best practice approaches.
