Registered Manager required to join a highly respected domiciliary care agency who are committed to providing high quality person centred homecare.

Currently rated good with CQC, you will be based at the group head office in Stourbridge and develop a new domiciliary care provision covering Dudley, Stourbridge and the surrounding areas. At least 50% of your time will be spent in the Shropshire branch where you will oversee the running of this service and ensure quality and compliance is maintained.

You will report to the board of directors and take full responsibility for the management and growth of the care services in both locations. You will oversee the day to day running of the care service and provide leadership and management to an established team.

You will develop and grow the business and build relationships with local authorities, external parties and funding bodies. You will also be responsible for managing the branch budget, meeting KPIs and financial targets.

To be considered for the role of registered manager, you will be a forward thinking, positive person who has great business acumen and a passion for the delivery of care to the highest standard.

Applications will be considered from registered manager candidates who can demonstrate a proven background within the domiciliary care sector at management level. You will also hold a relevant care management qualification, and hold a full UK driving licence. Access to your own vehicle is also essential.
