We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as a Customer Service Advisor.

To be successful in this role you would need to have the below skills & experience:
• Contact or call centre experience
• Customer services experience front of house, face-2-face or telephony service, by email or letter
• Dealing with difficult customers over the telephone and been able to give negative information in a positive manner.
• Been punctual, team player able to work with others within a team environment
• Able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
