An amazing opportunity has become available for a Finance Administrator to join a global-leading Film & TV business, based in the heart of Central London. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fast-paced finance function within a progressive and dynamic role.

The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

General Finance

  • Bank reconciliations and cashbook postings
  • Processing intercompany recharges and reconciling intercompany accounts
  • Posting monthly allocations
  • Running P&L and overhead reports at month-end
  • Preparation of simple balance sheet reconciliations ensuring that prepaid and accrued marketing costs are accurate in the Balance Sheet and P&L

Accounts Payable

  • Invoice coding and processing
  • Responding to supplier queries escalated to Finance from outsourced partners
  • Supplier account reconciliations
  • Processing employee expense claims
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Liaising with the business to approve invoices / purchase orders

The ideal candidate:

  • Possess a finance or accounting related degree, ideally with a 2:1 or above
  • Have previous AP and bank reconciliation experience
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Excel (vlookups & pivot tables)
  • Previous experience working within a creative media business is preferred
