Your salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Some of your responsibilities:

Our clients engineering services division is looking for a Commercial Manager to join the team in London to provide commercial support and leadership to project and ensure that commercial discipline is maintained throughout

  • Look at Business Strategy pre and contract
  • Manage Pre- Construction activities
  • Review contract Terms and Conditions, Bonds, Warranties and other guarantees
  • Lead and support with change Management
  • Be responsible for Trade Contractor & Consultant Administration
  • Be responsible for financial and commercial administration for the project(s)
  • Be responsible for managing a team

You must have:

  • Experience of running projects as the Commercial Lead on large projects up to £20million+.
  • Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
  • Experience with Design and Build forms of contract
  • Preferably qualified to RICS accreditation
  • BSC or HND or equivalent in commercial related subject
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Financially astute
  • Good communication skills
  • A good decision maker who copes well under pressure
  • Relevant CSCS Card
