Looking for exceptional Brand Sales Managers/ Business Development Managers to join a wonderful beauty business!
Must have B2B sales experience, strong presentation capabilities and be able to communicate with major stakeholders within the beauty industry.
• Be deeply knowledgeable about market, customers, competitors and products in order to sell creative solutions
• Maintain strong sales pipeline through effective activity, call management and lead generation
• Follow up marketing qualified new business leads within set time frames and convert at or above mean team conversion rates
• Work alongside the Brand Relationship Manager to ensure all fulfilment information, images, text etc are received from the brands in time
• Develop initiatives that build long term strategic relationships and results
• Strategic and target driven business development experience essential
• Proven track record of problem solving and constructive solution selling
• Experience presenting and influencing at a senior level
• Ability to work in a high performing, fast paced, matrix environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• 1 + years’ sales experience ideally with contacts in beauty/cosmetics and B2B experience
