Due to a restructure my client is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis to start ASAP.

Job Profile:


  • Weekly reconciliations of multiple bank accounts
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

Sales Ledger

  • Maintaining & reconciling records of rent income
  • Production of regular analysis on income
  • Uploading daily receipts
  • Remitting rent payments to landlords

Purchase Ledger

  • Processing invoices & producing pay-runs


  • Assist the finance department with any other duties as required
  • Candidates should have a strong excel background, good communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative, have experience in a similar role
