Exciting opportunity to join a well-established, very prestigious, world famous organisation based in Esher ( near Chessington, Kingston, Epsom, Cobham, Leatherhead, Surbiton )

We are looking for two 1st line / 2nd line support analysts, with exemplary customer service skills to join this expanding team.

You will be tasked to deliver a high-quality helpdesk service per an agreed rota (including weekend support), providing 1st and 2nd line support, ensuring that any issues are logged, prioritised and resolved within the Service Level Agreement. You will work as part of a team of 10 IT staff providing 1st and 2nd level support to 450 internal customers on 22 sites in the UK and be part of an exciting, fun-packed industry.

Main Skills and Experience

2 years + experience of working within 1st, 2nd Line Helpdesk environment
Experience with the following technologies
MS Office, Windows Server, Windows XP/7, Exchange 2007, Active Directory ( AD )
Excellent customer service skills
Flexibility with approach to work

There may be some occasional unsociable hours, involving overnight stays when particular events are organised. Car owner/driver essential.
