Surrey based Professional Services firm looking for company secretarial administrator

Your new company
We have an excellent opportunity for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join the Business Services and Accounting team due to an increasing workload. You will join an established team providing corporate, registered office and company administration services to a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all client instructions are interpreted, responded to and reported correctly. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates to take on advisory and compliance work within a large portfolio and to help manage and further grow a large client base with the possibility of career development.

Your new role
Your role will be a technical one. You will manage a portfolio of UK companies, and undertake director changes, changes of company names, share transfers and allotments and assist with the formation of entities and UK companies. You will help to on-board new clients and learn to act as a technical advisory support to clients on corporate queries.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will ideally be part or fully ICSA qualified and have demonstrable experience of working in a company secretarial position, ideally within professional services. You will also ideally have Blueprint experience and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
