At mcch, we support people with mental health needs, autism or learning disabilities. With over 28 years' experience and an excellent reputation for delivering personalised quality support, mcch is the provider of choice for over 2000 people across the South-East of England.

We are looking to recruit staff in the Ashford area that would be able to support us with day to day tasks and activities within our own homes and the local community. We have varying degrees of learning disabilities.

Mostly it’s about supporting us to do things in the community and at home, giving us the opportunities to live life to the full. We would like someone to support us with the following; household tasks, personal shopping, driving our car, swimming, discos and visiting places of interest to us. You will need to assist us to maintain our health and well-being.

Applicants must have a driving licence and be prepared to drive the car as part of the role.

Applicants could have some previous experience in supporting people with learning disabilities but it’s not essential as training will be provided.
We offer a comprehensive induction programme together with ongoing training and development opportunities including opportunities to study for QCF through our own City and Guilds Vocational Development Centre.
Please apply online via our website. We regret we are unable to process CVs or partially completed applications and these will not be submitted for shortlisting.

All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks (provided free of charge)
