Do you enjoy working within a caring environment, helping adults with mobility and brain injuries? I have just the role for you!

I'm currently recruiting for my client based in a beautiful residential care home in Crowborough supporting 13 adults with brain injury. 2 of the residents are wheelchair users; however there will be no use of hoists.

Your role will include...

- Assisting the residents with their daily activities
- Going on days out with the residents
- Take the residents out to their appointments, GP etc..
- Some personal care but this is mainly prompting the service users.
- Some admin - you will write a report on the residents after each shift.

Our ideal candidate will have...

- Fantastic communication skills, as some of the service users have visual impairments.
- Strong organisation skills
- A DBS on the Update Service for faster recruitment.
- Be firm but fair, there is some challenging behaviour though this is mainly verbal.

To be considered for the role, you must have..

At least 12 months of relevant experience or 6 months with a relevant qualification.
