MyUK.Travel is a small but growing technology company servicing the accommodation industry with reservation and other internet based systems. We also based in smart new offices in Weston-Super-Mare and also operate in New Zealand where the company originally started in 2007.
We are looking for a sales and support executive to join our team. The position is a mixture of sales, marketing and support and will require frequent travel throughout the UK and overnight stays. The position requires you to be on call out of hours on shared basis with other staff. You will also be required to promote the business at a number of trade shows throughout the UK. As a small growing company there is lots of scope for your position to evolve in the future depending on your particular areas of interest.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and have proven business skills with at least one year sales experience in a commercial environment. They will posses excellent verbal and written English skills and be willing to go the extra mile to make a sale. They will also posses good technical skills and have a good working knowledge of computers, using the internet especially social websites such as Facebook. It is essential that you have a clean UK driving license and your own car.
The salary for the position is negotiable depending on experience and includes a good element of commission. Base salary will be in the region of £20-25k per annum - £25-30k with commission.
