European Inside Sales Account Manager, DACH & French Speaker

Package: Base £37k - £45k base, OTE £52k - £60k

Offices based in Woking

• Global IT security vendor

• Highly autonomous role new business and channel development

• German, French and if possible, Nordic experience required

This highly sought after and rare opportunity will see you working as an Inside Sales executive focusing on the DACH region, France and if you are able, to include the Nordic regions.

You will qualify leads, work with channel partners and enterprise sales team.

You will be selling Physical Access control systems (PACS) solutions which can range from a single door application or an integrated web based global systems.

These are used by hospitality, banking, corporate institutions, and government You will target enterprise accounts directly and with channel partners including distributors, systems integrators & original equipment manufacturers Your responsibility will be to increase sales, manage channel partners & overall territory coordination of DACH, France & Nordics.

You will manage all existing accounts throughout the region and be the pivotal team member for this territory.

You will implement territory sales plans by generating new business through cold calling, following up on sales leads, working with channel partners and creating your own opportunities at events/exhibition’s.

You may be required to attend trade shows, partner events, roadshows or association meetings & develop business plans with key accounts and execute and monitor them throughout the year

Your overall target will be to increase business opportunities through new and innovative routes You will also work in close cooperation with the global accounts, pre-sales, channel marketing and customer service and sales support departments

Required Experience:

• You must have proven sales experience of selling into the DACH region, France and if possible the Nordics but that would be a bonus.

• Ideally you are from an IT security background and any PACS /Physical Access Control solutions background would be a significant advantage • Fluent in English and either originate from Europe or speak fluently business level German, French or Swedish

• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision For more information, please apply for an immediate interview.
