Your new role
As such, due to exponential growth they require Java Developers to form a newly created project team. You will be working on a broad range of exciting projects where you can make a huge impact and genuinely progress your career. You should be passionate about technology and will be required to take ownership and develop both bespoke applications and packaged solutions. Due to agile nature of business, you should have an ability to learn fast, keeping abreast of changes in technology. You will be using Java and web service technologies for application development and data integration solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
Your background will include software development in Java frameworks and platforms. You will have experience of working with relational databases and have an understanding for the full software development lifecycle. As an individual you should be a confident communicator, able to communicate, influence and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You must be adaptable and flexible, able to work under your own initiative and happy to contribute fully to the team's success
