Our client are an established registered charity and due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing expert to become their Marketing Manager.

As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the CEO and management team on marketing strategy, engagement and all areas of the marketing mix, to further raise awareness of the charity's work, which will in turn assist with fundraising and public relations. You will specialise in all areas of online marketing, from website management, social media campaigns as well as handling PR for the company.

This position would suit an experienced digital marketing executive who is looking for the next step up in their career.

Key responsibilities;

* Implement the company's annual marketing strategy, in conjunction with the CEO and management team.
* Target and deliver new target audiences, so that the charity can communicate its messages effectively.
* Lead all marketing activity across the charity's digital platforms.
* Manage social media output, ensuring creative content and targeting of appropriate audiences.
* Review and manage the company's website, ensuring current and engaging content.
* Overall editorial responsibility for digital, print media, publications and website.
* Work with Head of fund-raising, Learning Manager and Director to assist with marketing of their activities.
* Work with media and be PR contact for the company - copywriting media campaigns and being the company's spokesperson for all media contacts.
* Edit and coordinate the company newsletter.
* Compile reports to senior management as required.

Key skills/experience required;

* Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Proven B2C and B2B digital marketing experience, to include website management, Google Analytics, SEO, social media etc.
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Strong IT skills - MS Office and CRM management with an appreciation for data management.
* Confident personality - able to deal with media, act as spokesperson for the charity.
* Able to work well in a small, close-knit team.
* Own transport and UK driving license as some travel to other sites will be required from time to time.
