As part of the on-boarding process the Graduate Business Development Manager will undertake full training, including a trip to Iceland, to obtain a comprehensive knowledge of Valitor`s service offering. The successful candidate`s role will comprise of three main responsibilities – delivering new business, generating revenue with existing customers and account management.

The Role:

- Identify and research prospective customers, using multiple channels to make contact
- Developing rapport with key decision makers, you`ll negotiate contracts and close deals, devising commercial models that align comfortably with your partner
- Liaising with existing customers, you`ll pinpoint areas of potential upsell, generating revenue by capitalising on new areas of growth
- In conjunction with the customer support team, manage account relationships in order to ensure that Valitor remains front of mind with your partners, high customer satisfaction and repeat spend

You:

- Educated to degree level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ambitious and determined
- You must have integrity and discretion
- Numerically accomplished
- Well-travelled, ideally with exposure to other countries and cultures
- Business fluency in another language would be a bonus
