1st Line Service Desk Advisor; Holborn; up to £26k + benefits

1st Line Service Desk Advisor, paying up to £26k is required by a 150 year old, award winning London Law Firm at their offices in the Heart of London's business centre. With an office in London and Paris the Company have a legal team that's 250 strong as they continue with their constant drive for excellence.

Working as part of a small team, the Service Desk Analyst will be part of the 1st Line team which supports approx. 250 end users. As well as experience of the technology, you will have experience of dealing with prioritising requests, incidents and change control all within an ITIL environment.

The ideal IT Service Desk Advisor will have experience (ideally 2 years) with the following technologies:
·Call Logging Systems
·Exchange 2010
·Windows Server 2008/2012 R2
·Windows 7
·Active Directory

Experience with applications common in a law firm would also be greatly beneficial:
Carpe Diem

An excellent personality and communication skills are essential.

The Firm have a salary of up to £26k and offer an excellent benefits package which includes an on call allowance and overtime.
