Maxxima Nursing Team has an exciting vacancy for a Senior Ward Nurse to join this Private Cosmetics company based in Central London.

This is a permanent role, and please note that salary is dependent on experience.

Requirements of the Senior Ward Nurse role:

All applicants must have an updated NMC Registration and previous experience in a similar acute hospital setting. You must have up to date knowledge in acute medicine/surgery, and have the ability to regularly assess and evaluate practice. Successful candidates must have some specialty experience in post-surgical care.

Your day-to-day roles will include:

* To ensure that standards of patient care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures as a skilled member of the nursing team.
* To promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and visitors.
* To assist the Ward Sister in their management of clinical departments and to provide effective leadership and management in their absence.
