London based award winning tourism supplier seeks a Sales Coordinator to join a professional but fun sales team who need a motivated and organised person to support their growing sales team!

A busy and successful team will need to you :

  • Help organise their busy sales schedules and travel plans

  • Work on detailed contracts

  • Liaise daily with key clients based globally and the UK

  • Check product information on websites, help set up new accounts and liaise with internal departments such as marketing, operations and finance

  • Support events such as trade shows, entertaining clients, attending trade events

As Sales Coordinator you should be able to demonstrate you have :

  • Proven organisational and administrative skills

  • Want to work in a sales environment

  • If you want to develop a career in sales they will be happy to support that ambition

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Be self-motivated

  • Have lots of enthusiasm and energy

  • Be confident and take responsibility

  • Desire to work in the tourism industry
