Graduate Management Programme South East
Are you an ambitious, headstrong individual, who knows what you want and aren’t afraid to go and get it? As the UK’s leading automotive retailer, we’ve designed a management programme just for people like you.
Rather than spending a few weeks here and there with different teams, you’ll spend 100% of your time taking on new challenges and working towards one clear goal – becoming a future leader. You’ll be in the driving seat, but we’ll support, grow and develop you every step of the way. Our new and improved Graduate Programme focuses on the beginning of your journey, providing a structured training plan to achieve Business Manager potential within 18 months.
You’ll visit our dedicated Training Academy to learn the theory of customer satisfaction and leadership skills, and be put through a developmental Assessment Centre to ensure you’re on track to achieve leadership potential. On site, you’ll circulate the dealership to ensure you secure a holistic view of the business and this knowledge can be applied when you’re at the starting line as a Sales Executive. You’ll be the face of the customer and the guru of all product knowledge.
With support from your direct Leader, Sponsor and Mentor, we’ll ensure a rich based learning platform is provided for you to learn the skills to succeed within our multi-branded dealerships.
It’s going to be fast paced, with lots of challenging targets and business objectives for you to work towards, but do well and we’ll ensure your hard work is recognised through promotional opportunities, which will see you working your way to Sales Leader and beyond.
Your starting salary will be £21,000 with a company car and an initial bonus potential of £3,500, but this is just the beginning. Once you’ve achieved Business Manager potential, your on-target earnings will be circa £40,000 and, most importantly, you’ll be in a talent pool to progress you even further.
And it doesn't stop there - support and guidance will be on hand for you to earn a Dealer Principal role and manage your own dealership.
Our ever growing national footprint means we can offer plenty of locations, and our Graduates are extremely flexible so we expect you to rotate across the business to build a sound commercial awareness.
We have dealerships in every region, therefore you just need to select your preferred area and we’ll discuss the specific locations during your interview.
