Care Home Manager - Interim Contract

We have an opportunity for an Interim Care Home or Nursing Home Manager

On behalf of one of our clients we are recruiting an interim Care Home Manager to run a medium sized Care Home that specialises in nursing and elderly care. The role is an immediate start and initially for a 6 month period. As interim Care Home Manager , you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining occupancy levels, staff recruitment, retention, training and development as well as ensuring the delivery of person centred care to all residents. You need to be fully conversant with CQC requirements .

Although the post is for an interim Care Home Manager and for a 6-month period , you will have the opportunity to apply for the post on a permanent basis should you wish. Alternatively , you will be involved in the recruitment of a new care Home Manager. Previous experience at interim care home management and change management will be useful but not essential.

The ideal applicant will ideally have the RMA or NVQ level 4/5 in leadership and management. You will also have a previous track record of success at Care Home Management within the elderly care sector. This will either be in a care Home or Nursing Home
