Paymentsense, Europe’s 19th fastest growing tech company and winner of the Sunday Times Tech Track award are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and passionate L&D Manager. Paymentsense is a high growth business providing card processing solutions to over 55,000 businesses.
We have a fantastic new opportunity to join a growing Marketing team as Channel Marketing Manager. You will work closely with senior management to drive channel expansion, engagement, and performance of the indirect sales channel, Connect™ via a partner programme. Ideally, you will have extensive experience in developing and managing channel recruitment campaigns, partner programs, channel incentive programs, partner education initiatives, partner community events, and public relations initiatives.

? Collaborate with Field Sales and Connect sales leadership to develop a channel marketing strategy that delivers against an agreed set of KPIs
? Create and lead the development of tactical initiatives (via agile working practices) that support the channel marketing strategy
? Ownership of the partner programme messaging and value proposition
? Custodian of all Connect related customer-facing collateral (partners and merchants)
? Development of partner recruitment tools including product demo kits, partner presentations, case studies and testimonial videos.
? Support partner training via the creation of best practice case studies and 'how-to’ guides
? Partner sales enablement via back book campaigns and co-branded marketing materials
? Work with partners to create promotional campaigns that drive incremental performance
? Measure ROI of marketing spend to determine the best allocation of resources
? Organise education and entertainment events for channel partners
What you will bring...
? 5+ years experience in indirect channel marketing
? Experience leading creative teams
? Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales leadership to drive channel performance
? Experience in developing and managing channel partner programs
? Ability to operate in an agile, fast-paced environment, where risk-taking is encouraged
? Experience working with high-performance teams to drive explosive growth
