The software engineering scheme is designed for technical graduates who want to start their career in a place which rewards hard work, passion and innovation.
We`re looking for talented and ambitious software graduates to join our innovative technology business. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to shape the future of identity management and biometrics in a culture of constant learning and personal development.
Our Graduate Scheme
We are looking for graduates with a minimum 2.1 degree in a software engineering related subject. In addition to academic qualifications, we are looking for people who can demonstrate a real passion for software development and technology.
Previous graduates who have secured a position on our programme have built their own software solutions which they have demonstrated to us during the recruitment process.
The Programme runs for an 18 month period and as a critical member of the team you will immediately start working on the innovative solutions that our reputation is built on.
You will gain experience working in all stages of our software development methodology and have the chance to work directly on large scale enterprise deployments.
You will also be entered into the team ping pong tournaments…so best get practising!
On completion of the programme, we`re confident that we`ll be able to offer you a permanent role within our business (this decision will be based on your performance throughout the programme)

Reward and Recognition
We`ve designed our reward and recognition package to attract and retain the best people.
Your starting salary will be £18,000, this will be reviewed after 12 months. In addition you will receive 24 days holiday entitlement, generous pension scheme, and a whole host of other benefits.
You`ll be based at our Head Office on Innovation Boulevard in Liverpool, however, you`ll need to be flexible as occasional travel throughout the UK and overnight stays will be essential.

The closing date for applications is the 31/07/16 with Assessment Centres to be held in August 2017 and a planned start date for the successful Graduates of September 2017
