Human Recognition Systems pioneers the adoption of automated identification technology around the world, from smoothing passenger journeys in the largest Airports to keeping Construction workers safe across thousands of sites.
We`re looking for talented and ambitious graduates to join our innovative technology business. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to shape the future of identity management and biometrics in a culture of constant learning and personal development.
Gain insight and hands on experience into areas of specialism including: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Product Development and Project Management.
Our Graduate Scheme
Ideally we`d prefer you to have achieved a 2:1 in a technology-related or business-related discipline, but personality and ambition are just as important to us as specific formal qualifications, so we`re happy to accept CV`s from you if you`re degree discipline is different to those stated above but have a genuine desire to develop a career in HRS!
The Programme runs for an 18 month period, providing a solid grounding in key areas of the business over 12 months, before deciding which area is the right fit for you during the remaining 6 months.
This final 6 month placement will continue to prepare you for a successful career within Human Recognition Systems.
On completion of the programme, we`re confident that we`ll be able to offer you a permanent role within our business (this decision will be based on your performance throughout the programme)

About the Programme
Working with the team that underpins the business you will spend time in finance and HR, getting to know the process that effects how our business operates and our people. You will gain experience in recruitment, selection and induction processes, employer branding
Working with the team that creates all of our products, you will gain a real understand of our technology. During your placement you will gain experience working in QA, research and development, design and IT infrastructure.
Working alongside a team who are dedicated to identifying our target market, attracting prospects, converting them into customers and retaining them as customers. During your placement you will gain experience of delivering strategic campaigns through various marketing activities such as advertising, PR, digital, social media, events and direct marketing.
Working with our dynamic sales team to attract potential new customers and developing relationships with our existing clients you will gain experience in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Working alongside each team that makes up our Operations Department, you will gain an understanding of project management, stock, procurement, onsite services, delivery and customer support.

Your starting salary will be £18,000, this will be reviewed after 12 months. In addition you will receive 24 days holiday entitlement, generous pension scheme, and a whole host of other benefits.
You`ll be based at our Head Office on Innovation Boulevard in Liverpool, however, you`ll need to be flexible as occasional travel throughout the UK and overnight stays will be essential.
The closing date for applications is the 31/07/16 with Assessment Centres to be held in August 2017 and a planned start date for the successful Graduates of September 2017
