Our client is an award-winning healthcare and employee benefits company based in Bristol are looking to recruit an existing new position for a Healthcare Support Coordinator to support a team of Sales Consultants.

Job Description

The overall job purpose will include:

  • Provide high level administration and support to the Sales team
  • Offering technical expertise on all aspects of pre-sales processes and product knowledge
  • Support the sales process
  • Responsible for relationships with key accounts

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Proven experience in an administration/support related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
  • Proven track record of customer service/administrative excellence
  • Constantly striving to improve their performance and quality of their output
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and versatile
  • Confident individual with ability to work on own initiative
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience of meeting tight deadlines - i.e. excellent organisational skills
  • Calm under pressure and good attention to detail
