The client is a fast growing media and information services provider, operating B2C and B2B across both digital and offline channels.
The role is responsible for overseeing the marketing of their portfolio of international online information services - a rapidly growing part of the business, where the current strategy is a doubling of size within 3 years.
Working closely with sales and account management, the role is focused upon devising and delivering campaigns which will drive quality lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition. You will be managing activities and campaigns such as SEO, PPC, online advertising, mobile and app, developing and testing the customer journey, and using CRM and customer segmentation to ensure campaigns and communications are targeted effectively. You will need to ensure that brand consistency and brand visibility is maintained across all activities and campaigns, and ensure there is integration across online/offline marketing. The role will oversee several marketing agencies, and manage one direct report.
The role would suit a graduate calibre candidate looking to build on their digital marketing experience, which will have involved successfully driving traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition, and where measuring, reporting, and constantly reacting to performance and ROI has been key to success. A commercial mind-set is important, as is a genuine enthusiasm and curiosity in the digital marketing landscape, trends and capabilities.
