Head of Performance Management
Our client is a multi-million dollar mar-tech company which has enjoyed year-on-year growth since its creation. Headquartered in Dubai, they employ over 240 people from operations in 14 countries, including Dubai, London, Vancouver and Hyderabad. With exciting plans for 2017/18 they are now seeking a Head of Performance to build the function from the ground up, with growth into a Director role. *This is a new role brought about by our client's commitment to performance through people, as they evolve a winning culture right across their business
*Experience with Performance Management (PM) systems that blend the vision and goals, hopes and desires of the individual in a truly bespoke programme; one that is shared and supported by their manager and colleagues alike and not motivated solely by financial gains, nor driven by templates and tools alone
*Utilise 360 feedback to support team members to reach their full potential, own our client's high performance culture and develop themselves along the path to personal achievement, at the same time as contributing to the success of the Group
*Recruitment support for leaders to clearly define not just skills for new role requirements, but also attitude, desires and interests
*Development support through an individualised programme that promotes clear expectation setting, regular feedback, active listening, helps people to grow and supports succession planning whilst being fully aligned to company objectives
*Skilled in building a culture of true collaboration where ideas and views are openly shared in an honest and trusting environment across the group - generating success that others will then seek to emulate
*Facilitator, coach and mentor, highly educated in the academic skill-set, with a demonstrable ability to communicate at all levels in the language of common sense
*Understand commercial imperatives and seek to deploy your skills in the pursuit of those goals; negotiating with target-driven leaders who will need persuading that the development of 'soft skills' is also a vital enabler of success
*Generate real authority in the eyes of leaders to influence their commitment to the development of a high performance culture and a shared commitment to company success
*Develop a nurturing performance management programme that can run Group wide and deliver a fundamental step change in the way that colleagues at all levels perceive PM: as an enabler of growth and personal fulfilment
*Masters in Business Psychology
*Optional - Chartered Psychologist and member of recognised Coaching institutions, familiar with Psychometric programmes e.g. Insights
*Talent assessment systems, designed to recruit the best and then evaluate the highest potentials for progression
*Leadership development programme design, including: leading performance; leading transformational change; development of HiPos programmes; Vision and Visibility; Emotional Intelligence
*Training & development design and delivery of PM programmes; such as Coaching and Mentoring skills; communications/personal impact; behavioural skills that drive team development; active listening etc.
*Skilled in design and implementation of practical workshops, fostering high engagement and influencing cultural change
*Coaching with impact; development of actionable tactics for elite performance
*Development of competency frameworks that contribute to succession management plans
*All the above in a fast paced, international environment that will have demanded a high level of cultural awareness
*You will be required to travel to our client's' global network of offices
*The role can be based out of Dubai or the London office
