The Role

The Digital Customer Insight Analyst will play a vital role in constructing data products primarily with a commercial focus to implement strategic changes to the businesses.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Through analysis, provide insight and customer segmentation that will support the strategy of the business
  • Understanding the audience of the site to drive interaction and engagement
  • Communicating solutions with Senior Stakeholders across e-commerce, marketing and editorial to create and drive plans for new revenue opportunity areas
  • Recognise strategic opportunities to increase customer loyalty and improve database interaction.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven experience in delivering insight to customer data
  • A passion for advanced complex problems with a pragmatic approach
  • Degree level or higher in computer science or a related subject
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • An understanding of R or SAS
