Your new role
You'll be working in an infrastructure team responsible for assisting the client office infrastructure and externally hosted environments. You will also be working with the team in the designing and delivery of projects for external clients. Your work will involve working on the roll out of new projects this year as the company expands.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 3 years of experience within an infrastructure support role and strong 3rd Line Support experience. It is essential you have experience of 2nd/3rd line fault diagnosis, server maintenance, supporting & troubleshooting, RDS 2012R2, VMWare and Virtualisation, configuration & supporting Linux (Ideally RHEL), service maintenance, supporting Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2014 and Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Active Directory Infrastructure Services. You will also need and ability to work well within a team and be able to work to deadlines.
