Our client is looking to recruit a strong, experienced customer service assistant for their busy, and traditional office environment. They currently have 10 people in the South East Office, across 2 offices, so its not a "big call centre" environment. AS there may only be a couple of people in each office, it is essential that you are resilient, hard working and able to male decisions regarding customer queries. The Manager will ensure that you are well equipped with information and training on their product range, which will help you deal with customer queries, but ultimately it will be your "common sense attitude " that will win respect from your client base. This is not a sales role, but your ability to recognize a potential opportunity and record this information accurately will assist your company developing new leads and ultimately new customers.
