Service Desk Analyst | London | Law Firm | £26,000 per annum

James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a highly successful law firm based in London.

This Service Desk Analyst role will join the 1st line support team and a major part of this role will involve floor walking, and will involve project work along with BAU. We’re looking for someone with good experience around various versions of Windows Desktop and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Technical Requirements;

  • 1st Line Support experience
  • Windows Desktop
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Legal experience or professional services would be an advantage
