Exciting opportunity for a COMMISSION AND FEES ADMINISTRATOR to join a well established prestigious company in Taunton.
The purpose of this role is to collate and report upon the income received and due, as a result of clients' purchasing financial products.
To process and input commission and fees received from providers into the company database, Intelligent Office.
Calculate adviser salaries and bonus calculations.
Helping advisers with commission statistics and keeping them informed.
Producing monthly sales figures by downloading figures from Intelligent Office.
Producing commission figures.
Preparing monthly and annual accounts from data entered into Intelligent Office.
Daily bank reconciliation through cashbook.
Process purchase invoice payments.
Process debtors and accruals.
Acting as master user for various providers and liaising with staff re. website logons
Liaising with other departments with regards to Directors' reports.
Liaising with Directors with regards to financials of the company.
