Our client is one of the leading charities for providing specialist services to adults with an autism spectrum condition with over 16 years of experience.
Their main focus is to make a real and lasting difference to the service users they support and you could be a big part of this.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the personal care of the service users, dealing with challenging behaviour whilst taking a person cenered approach.
Your ability to remain calm on any given day will make you a firm favourite with all of the lovely residents within their services.
Having a caring and kind nature will allow you to be the best person for this job role.
Your ability to remain calm in challenging situations will make you a firm favourite as well as your sense of humour.

Your experience and knowledge within the care industry will make you an essential part of the staff team.
Your flexibility in terms of working hours and resilience to deal with unforeseen circumstances will allow senior management to see how valued you are to the whole team.
Working with efficiency will allow the residents and staff teams to see how well you can adapt to individuals needs, your ability to engage with service users will not go unnoticed.

To be successful for this job role you must have a minimum QCF Level 2 in health and social care, recent up to date training, a passion for care and a positive attitude towards work.

Working for us you will be paid £7.80 an hour and will accrue holiday pay alongside a contract of employment with guaranteed hours.
