Our client, a leader in their market is undertaking a period of growth and need to recruit for an experience Marketing Executive to join their existing team:

Overall responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and implement effective marketing campaigns;
• Use the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications;
• Write copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites;
• Understand the product and customer profile and write thorough specs., for each;
• Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, and keep accurate records (highlighting wherever variances occur);
• Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met;
• Assist in the reporting of ongoing marketing metrics and marketing analysis;
• Manage external suppliers;
• Maintain accurate records and databases (SAP, CRM);
• Manage marketing collateral (physical and digital);
• Book and organise company stands at industry/trade exhibitions and ensure the company presence is effectively communicated and promoted;

Ancillary Responsibilities
• Seek opportunities to market and promote the company’s goods and services;
• Attend exhibitions and other networking events to promote the company’s goods and services.

Research, Writing and Handling Data
• Research marketing related topics;
• Present information clearly, and accurately, using PowerPoint (where it may be useful to do so);
• Write effective marketing copy for different mediums
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the CRM and other marketing and sales management systems.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role;
• To be business/commercially aware; and
• Knowledge/experience of using SAP would be advantageous

You will need to be:
• Proficient at researching, writing and have good presentation skills;
• Able to organise, manage and prioritise work to meet objectives and complete tasks in a timely manner;
• Proficient using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. (HTML and image manipulation would be advantageous);
• A confident and effective communicator and networker, and able to interact with people at all levels inside and outside the company;
• Able to work independently but also able to develop and maintain supportive working relationships within the marketing /sales team
