As an equal opportunities employer we now invite applications from all sections of the community for a role as CRM and Data Administrator. The postholder will ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the Centre’s CRM and data systems in order to optimise data management and reporting.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with data

  • Works logically

  • Has sound attention to detail

  • Enjoys integrating systems and connecting different parts of the business

The Postholder will need to:

  • Be qualified in information/knowledge management, or have relevant training with proven knowledge of database applications

  • Have experience of integrating ICT with business processes and creating ICT solutions

  • Have knowledge of good practice requirements on data management

  • Have experience of CRM/SQL databases, ideally Microsoft Dynamics

  • Have extensive experience of managing business data

It is also desirable for them to have experience of SharePoint/CRM integration.

Tasks vary daily but may include:

  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications

  • Setting up new database users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues

  • Writing customized reports for users

  • Writing complex queries to meet users’ needs

  • Dealing with the CRM suppliers to ensure the continued smooth running of the CRM database

  • Liaising with relevant users to ensure consistency of data management

  • Interpreting users’ requirements and translating them into technical terms for the CRM developers

The role is based in our Caerphilly office and is permanent. The role is being offered full-time (35 hours a week).

The starting salary is £30,495 per annum.
