An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing company based in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be play a key role in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and to build profile and new business opportunities.

The specific accountabilities of this flexible role may alter from time to time in order to meet the needs of the company, but accountabilities will include (or be equivalent in nature to) those listed below:

  • Developing with the Managing Director a plan to deliver growth through marketing, and enhancing the company brand

  • Managing projects that will affect the success of the business, including website redesigns

  • Assisting in the development of the company’s websites to improve the user experience based upon analysis of visitor statistics

  • Developing our brands through social media campaigns and ensuring consistent branding throughout the companies, including brochures, signage, point of sale and online.

  • Maintaining the companies’ websites by producing written content and graphics

  • Developing relevant content to reach the company’s target market

  • Re-writing and branding job specifications

  • Managing external partners and developing strong relationships with the team to ensure business objectives are met

  • Measuring the success of marketing campaigns against customer acquisition using CRM software and reporting

Role Demands

The role may require on occasions, working antisocial hours and being away from home for a few days

Person Specification

Level of Knowledge & Experience

  • In depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media Platforms

  • Strong digital marketing expertise

  • Previous use of website Content Management systems

  • Experience of using Adobe Photoshop or similar and desktop publishing software

  • University degree in marketing, business or technology, or relevant experience


  • The ability to develop in-depth knowledge of our products and markets

  • Creative skills with an aptitude for design, branding and signage

  • A strong eye for detail

  • The ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and on occasion, video format

  • Ability to gain trust and respect of team members and customers in order to develop relationships

  • The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • The ability to pay attention to detail
