We are inviting applications from experienced Residential Home Managers for a fantastic opportunity based within a purpose built Residential Care Home Situated in a residential area of Birmingham, The home provides residential and dementia care for 66 residents.

The company are a not-for-profit leading national care provider and believe in providing high quality care homes where people are looked after with the utmost dignity and respect. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the home, leading a team of care professionals with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.

The successful candidate will have previous Management experience in a residential setting and will be a highly confident manager with finance and budgeting experience. Experience in recruitment is also essential along with strong leadership qualities.

In return the position offers a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, full training and development opportunities, as well as 28 days holiday including bank holidays, discount schemes and a stakeholder pension.
