Senior Care Service Manager - Lancashire - £33k + healthcare and pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement + Benefits

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Service Manager for our highly regarded quality focused client. Our client is looking for a Service manager who has a good background within the LD, mental health and complex care sector and who has experience of supported living, day centre care and residential services.

This challenging but rewarding senior role is to support and lead service managers and team leaders within the Lancashire area, ensuring full compliance in all services and that high standards of care are delivered.

Your role will be varied and interesting and you will need to be a car owner/driver and have good knowledge of the Lancashire area. You will be supporting service managers regarding all recruitment, staff appraisals, team meetings, staff supervisions and ensuring managers and team leaders feel valued, you will also need to develop your staff further ensuring any training needs are met.

You will need to be qualified to level 5 in leadership & management or equivalent and have a genuine passion for high quality care.

Our client is looking for a senior manager who has experience with tender preparation, change management, marketing to promote the services offered and good experience with providing management information including reports, data and develop KPI`s.

Experience with safeguarding issues, grievances and staff investigations where necessary. Person centred care experience is essential along with working closely with external agencies and stakeholders, families and colleagues. Your role will include the close monitoring of services ensuring they are all compliant, you will undertake audits in each service in your area and work closely with your service managers supporting and encouraging. Hours of work are a range of shifts covering 5 days over a 7 day period.
