This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of south west London's leading care providers!

Our client is one of the leading care providers across south west london and they are looking for a Care Supervisor/ Care Coordinator to join their team. Their office is based in the heart of Kingston and they currently cover south london and surrey.

This is a dual position as both a Care Coordinator and Care Supervisor and you will be split between office based and in the community. Your duties will be to meeting clients within their own homes discussing and organising care packages to suit their needs, you will be completing spot checks and risk assessments, supervising your own care staff team in the field and assisting new recruits. The office based role will include keeping files up to date, updating and writing up rota's of care staff, administration and compliance duties, staff appraisals and supervisions and liasing with management to ensure quality of care and service.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator previously (at least one year preferred), lives locally to Kingston and have a full UK driving licence and own car. You will need to have at least an NVQ level 2 in health and social care.

This role is for someone who is looking to develop into a more senior role as our client is opening new offices in the next year.

Salary: from £20,000 to £23,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week - some on call
