Venatu Consulting are working with an established client in search of a Customer Service Manager to work on a full time and permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to support the business in all aspects of customer service by managing a team of people within the department.

Duties include

* Mentoring, directing, motivating, supervising and monitoring the performance of all members of the team

* Developing strong working relationships with all teams to support the overall business objective

* Acting as escalation point for issue resolution where appropriate and where necessary

* Setting up KPI's, systems and procedures

* Holding one to one meetings, monthly reviews and annual performance

* Fault monitoring

* Answering enquiries

* Supporting new starters with training

Skills/Experience Required:

* Communication skills

* Relationship management skills

* Staff management experience

* Customer service skills

* Excellent organisation skills

* Ability to act independently

* Flexibility and ability to adapt to change

* Good attention to detail

* Fully I.T Literate on all Microsoft Packages

* Experience of setting up policies and procedures

* Alternate shifts 08.30 - 17.00 or 09.00 - 17.30
