My client is in search of two service engineers;

They work closely alongside Daikin and Mitsubishi, using their products as their first choice so previous experience on these systems would be an advantage.
At the present they're pushing and searching for new clients and customers to break into the refrigeration side of things and also larger AC systems including Chillers.
Their perfect candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience and holds all the right tickets with F-gas. They need to have been out in the field on their own covering break downs on a wide variety of systems but mainly being very comfortable and familiar with VRV’s. VRF’s and splits. But also be keen to learn and get involved in learning about refrigeration and Chillers. Previous experience with all of that would even be a bonus.
They want the engineer to be an engineer, not just a part changer. Someone that can engineer their way out of any situation and have the ability to think on their feet, not putting things into the “too hard basket” and walking away or just throwing new parts at the situation hoping to solve the problem.
The engineer needs to be able to work alone and be confident in what he does and have a proven low call back record for jobs done.
On offer is to work for a tight knit company and in a team that really do look after each other, who share the same visions so a similar frame of mind is needed to fit in such as a positive attitude and desire to perform and grow in the team
