Mechanical Project Director - Central London - Paying up to £100,000

The Client

A Leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor with a company Turnover of approximately £90 million is seeking a Mechanical Project Director to join the business due to significantly increasing their pipeline of work over the next 4 years. Reporting straight to the CEO this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to push their career forward while earning a Basic Salary of up to £100,000

The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion and successful tenders the business are seeking a Mechanical Project Director to oversee a Major Commercial New Build and fit out which is due to kick off later this year. The role will be based between their Central London office and site. The individual will be responsible for overseeing a full site team as well as in-house preconstruction staff. Due to the nature of the project my client is seeking an experience Project Manager with a "can do" work approach.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A Minimum of 8-10 years experience within the Mechanical Building Services Industry
* Experience with managing a full site team as well as overseeing project budgets & specifications
* Strong understanding of a project lifecycle
* Previously completed Projects within the Commercial Fit Out Industry.
