Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Website and Document Management Officer for our client in Manchester City Centre.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Developing intranet content
* Publishing changes to the intranet within agreed service levels
* Administration and maintenance of existing documents
* Document management including ownership and development of the document control process.
* Managing the style and maintaining detailed knowledge of the website
* Acting as a link between staff members and the web team
* Manage user access to documents
* Prioritise document requests
* Continually enhance the intranet to improve working processes
* Line managing a team member

Applicants for this role must have web content and document management experience. You will have excellent IT skills - you must be able to use the entire MS Office suite and knowledge of MS Project, Visio, website content management systems and HTML all would be desirable. You will have the experience to cover all aspects of creating a website including writing and editing content, designing webpage layout and determining technical requirements. You should be able to learn new policies and procedures quickly, have excellent communication skills and be highly organised.

Please note that interviews for this role will be held on 2nd August with a start date in September. The closing date for applications is 16th July.

Salary: £24-28k per annum

25 days holiday

9am - 5pm
