Contracts Project Support Officer
A local authority in East London is looking to recruit a Contracts Project Support Officer on three months contract.
Purpose of the role:
This role involves successfully assisting in the managing of agency recruitment contracts and associated projects on behalf of all Service Areas across the Council and will involve:
Key responsibilities include:
* The monitoring of day-to-day service provided by the Council's contract arrangements in relation to the supply of temporary agency workers.
* To support the account management of the Council's contract arrangements for the supply of temporary agency workers.
* To collate, produce and analyse management information and performance indicators as required tracking performance within contracts.
* To support the Implementation process through gathering information on agency workers ensuring accuracy and format are maintained to meet agreed process timelines
* To assist in the development and roll-out of projects around the agency contracts work and its impact on the council establishment
* Ensure that day-to-day compliance, operational and developmental issues are addressed and progressed throughout the duration of the contracts and ensure that the Senior Recruitment Contracts Officer is kept fully informed of any resulting issues.
* Work closely with Managers and Senior Recruitment Contracts Officer in ensuring accuracy of management information including; pricing, data and agency worker length of stay.
* Support the Senior Recruitment Contracts Officer as a central point of contact for manager issues and escalations concerning the Contracts.
* Provide guidance and a fully managed service, where required, to assist managers with hiring and working with their agency workforce.
* Administer and check management information received from the Council's contracted service providers on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Provide assistance and support to the Senior Recruitment Contracts Officer on a range of projects linking into the monitoring and tracking of the council Establishment.
* Provide support where required to ensure full compliance with the Agency Worker Directive.
