Regional Sales Manager

Permanent – Full Time
Salary from £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE + Company Car

This new role is working for an exciting manufacturing business based in the West Midlands area. You will be an experienced field sale’s individual, who is used to visiting clients face to face, building relationships and working towards set targets.
Ideally you will have experience within the Powder coating/ Industrial Paints industry or in a similar role. You will be driven, sales motivated and have a can do attitude. You will be joining a rapidly expanding business, which will provide job security and excellent earning potential.

Your day to day duties will consist of the following;
• Presenting and consulting to customers on a face to face basis
• Generate and qualify leads to bring in enquiries
• Source and develop client referrals
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activity
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Negotiate with clients
• Develop sales proposals
• Respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Carry out market research and surveys
• Participate in sales events
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

The ideal candidate will be;

• Experience within similar role
• Experience in field sales
• Highly sales driven
• Highly confident and have a can do attitude

In return you will get;
• £25,000 - £30,000 per annum annum + Uncapped OTE + Company Car
• 21 Days Holiday + Bank holidays (Shut down over christmas for 5 days)
